Growing up, Juan witnessed firsthand the positive effects that exercise and healthy habits had on his family members and friends. He saw how regular physical activity improved their quality of life and prevented them from developing chronic illnesses. This inspired him to pursue a career in fitness and become a personal trainer. In 2017, he earned his personal training certification at NPTI. After he graduated, Juan obtained a job with the YMCA where he was able to connect with the community for several years.
Through his work, Juan has been able to help countless individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. He understands that everyone has different needs and abilities, and he tailors his approach to meet each person's unique circumstances. His goal is not just to help people lose weight or build muscle, but to empower them with the knowledge and skills to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the long term.
His passion for helping others has only grown stronger over the years, and he continues to seek out new ways to make a positive impact on people's lives. For him, there is no greater reward than seeing his clients reach their full potential and live their best lives.

*For new clients only. One initial assessment per client. Re-assessments for existing clients are also complimentary and performed every 4-6 weeks at client’s request. Appropriate fitness attire needed.
